Access Requirements for Deliveries

Please note, if our delivery vehicle faces access restrictions at your location, we will deliver to the kerbside. If you have concerns about this, contact us before your order is dispatched. Our delivery process requires a minimum of 2.8m width access to your property on a flat, firm, and even surface, as our manual handling equipment cannot operate on gravel, grass, or uneven areas.

Bulk and Heavy Item Delivery

For large items (over 1.12 cubic metres or 150kg), nationwide delivery is typically done via a lorry with a tail lift, using a pallet. It's important to ensure a minimum 2.8m vehicle access for these deliveries. The driver, while equipped with a manual handling truck, is not obliged to move items beyond the rear of the vehicle, though our drivers strive to assist as much as possible. The pallet will be left with the delivered goods at your property.
