Refunds Policy

Cancellation Rights: Customers can cancel their order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which the goods are received.

To Exercise the Right to Cancel: Customers must inform us of their decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email).

Effects of Cancellation: If the customer cancels this contract, we will reimburse all payments received, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising if a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery is chosen).

Return of Goods: Upon cancellation, the goods should be returned promptly and, in any event, not later than 14 days from the day the customer communicates the cancellation. The customer will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refund Timing: We will reimburse without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive the goods back or (if earlier) 14 days after the customer provides evidence of having returned the goods.
